Rosemary and Raspberry Gintonic

RECIPE STEP BY STEP

We selected a wide glass of 350ml and add 50ml of gin Portomagno Strawberry, from a little height and strawberry aroma spreads around the glass.

Then we introduce two fresh raspberries and let rest 10 seconds.

Quickly we introduce large amount of ice, a solid ice and odor.

The tonic we choose: Original Tonic Berries, the added gently, avoiding the ice as far as possible, so that this will not come apart on impact.

Finally we catch a sprig of rosemary and fingers we force the stem, giving circular.
